Sitting at the top of the hilly site of a resort development, the Common Area enjoys a splendid view of the Indian Ocean, where guests can swim, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. At the center of the structure lies an existing tree, which becomes a focal point for the resort where people can hold ceremonies and functions. 

The task was to finalize the Common Area regarding design, construction budget, and services. The final output was the collaboration of extensive discussions and research with the structural, mechanical, and construction managers.
